燒牛油果配蕃茄芝士食譜

我係不折不扣的牛油果控,avocado milkshake 、Nacho 配牛油果dip、牛油果壽司,凡在餐廳menu發現牛油果的蹤跡我都會落單🙊🙊😜…某一晚口痕痕,心血來潮打開雪櫃發現有牛油果同蕃茄,我就用10分鐘做了這道小吃,超方便!

Ingredient 材料: 

  • Avocado 牛油果一個,開邊
  • Lemon Juice 檸檬汁少量
  • Tomato 蕃茄1/3個,切小粒
  • Basil Leave 羅勒少量,切碎
  • Cottage cheese 1 湯匙
  • Olive Oil橄欖油 一茶匙
  • Sea Salt 海鹽少量
  • Black Pepper黑糊椒少量

做法:

  1. 將牛油果開邊,把核拿出
  2. 塗上橄欖油,將切面放在爐面,再用大火grill 10分鐘,如果想有燒烤壓紋,注意就不要把牛油果反來反去。(若沒有家用grill 爐,可用光波爐)
  3. 將檸檬汁擠於已燒香的牛油果表面,再加適量海鹽和黑椒調味
  4. 把cottage cheese 放在牛油果去了核的凹位,再於上面放上蕃茄粒和羅勒碎,完成!
