減肥由youtube 睇HIIT video 開始

大家唔好再笑我!唔好再問我係咪懷孕!

這一年間,可以說是只顧吃喝玩樂而疏於運動。一個月做得一、兩次運動。我想像唔到夏天著上泳衣,露出豬腩肉後,朋友會笑我幾多年!

我決定了!要從復活節開始,不會再給自己藉口!假期嘅第一日,決定喺屋企都要郁動一下!以前嘅年代,大家一定有跳過鄭多燕 (youtube playlist) ,不過,我真係唔想再望住佢拋眉弄眼嘅表情。所以,我選擇了最近好流行嘅HIIT (High-Interval Intensity Training) -高強度間歇訓練, 又跳又踎, 混合了高強度運動及短暫休息時間,心跳率比一般在健身室的跑步機上快得多。 每日不多於20分鐘,便汗流浹背!

今天是第一天,我選擇跟住其中一個最多點擊的HIIT Beginner 嘅youtube 影片來做!

大家都一齊為夏天努力一下吧!咪知就會日日比男友同BFF笑唔停(我心聲):(
